Upon registering for a class/event with Iron Rose Fencing LLC, you certify that you understand and agree to the below conduct requirements and agree that Iron Rose Fencing LLC shall not be responsible in the event that you breech this agreement

• I will remain kind and courteous to Iron Rose Fencing LLC staff, instructors, and students at all times. I understand that any behavior that is deemed rude, offensive, or harmful to myself or others may be grounds for my immediate dismissal without financial reimbursement. 

• All Iron Rose Fencing LLC class dues are due on the first of the month for recurring intermediate classes and upon registration for all other courses. I agree to make payments on time and in full. I understand that I am responsible for class payment regardless of my utilization of all class times. 

• I agree to handle all Iron Rose Fencing LLC gear and weapons with care. I will not purposely damage or destroy Iron Rose Fencing LLC gear and understand that I may be held financially responsible for purposeful damage. I agree to all rental fees for use of club equipment and agree to make those payments in full and on time. 

• I understand that I may appear in photos/videos of Iron Rose Fencing LLC classes or events. I give permission for my image to be used in Iron Rose fencing digital and print marketing, including but not limited to Iron Rose Fencing LLC social media accounts, website, and printed materials.
