Upon registering for a class/event with Iron Rose Fencing LLC, you certify that you understand and agree to the below risks associated and agree that Iron Rose Fencing LLC shall not be responsible for any injuries or losses sustained during any classes or events.

• By registering for a class/event with Iron Rose Fencing, you understand that you may sustain injuries including, but not limited to, localized bruising, cuts and scrapes, muscle soreness or tears, etc. In order to mitigate injury, all registrants understand that they must abide by safety regulations required by Iron Rose Fencing LLC. Registrants hereby release Iron Rose Fencing LLC of any fault for potential injury. 

• Registrants hereby consent to receive medical treatment that may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, and/or illness before, during, or after a class or event with Iron Rose Fencing LLC, and acknowledge understanding that they are responsible for any charges or financial obligations arising from such treatment.
