Our Harford classes currently meet at Harford Community College.
Introduction to Historical Fencing
Thursdays: Jan. 8th - Feb. 5th, 4:00-6:00pm
$350 per student, includes gear for use during class!
Learn the basics of historical fencing in this introductory course! Learn basic footwork, attacks and defenses, and the three main training weapons: foil, sabre, and epee. Plus receive a 1 week introduction to knife self-defense and single stick combat!
Theories and Tactics of Historical Fencing
Thursdays: Jan. 8th - Feb. 26th, 7:00-8:30pm
$200 per student, plus $50 gear rental if needed (paid to Iron Rose Fencing)
For students that have previously completed Introduction to Historical Fencing. Expand your knowledge, skills, and techniques in this intermediate class! Classes include group instructional time as well as time for open bouting with other students.
Knife Self-Defense
Thursdays: Jan. 8th - Feb. 5th, 6:00-7:00pm
$75 per student, $30 gear rental if needed (paid to Iron Rose Fencing)
Learn the basics of Knife self-defense, derived from the teachings of Italian fencing master, Achille Marozzo. Learn how to spar against a knife, both while armed and unarmed!
